ARC BREAKS

     If a pc can't be audited over an ARC break, then why are ARC Breaks 
left to Grade III?

     Mere clean up of insignificant ARC Breaks remaining on case?

     Pc is 'below' handling real ARC breaks until then?

     Are all NCG pc's, merely ARCX pc's?

     Who isn't ARCX with the AllThatIs?

     Perhaps they should stand forward so I can throw a stone
at them, let's see how close they are now to their God?
