SCIENCE AND RELIGION

You might well ask what religion and supercomputers have
to do with each other.

If you had asked Godel half a century ago we would have said that
mathematics was a direct window into the mind of God.

If you ask Homer, we would tell you that apparently God was a
mathematician first and purveyor of damnation second.

     Religion and science are brothers.

Over the past 2000 year science has grown up, but religion
hasn't.

One can expect over the next few decades that religion will grow up
too, to stand side by side with its brother again.
